warehouse view strange knocking

The staff were efficient at check in.

I found my room disappointing, especially given the price. The view was of a warehouse and brick wall (I expected much more). There was a strange knocking sound at night (around 11 PM to 2 AM).

fantastic stay!

modern room spacious room

my room felt modern and spacious. the location proved excellent, with easy access to central areas, the train station, diverse dining options, and vibrant shopping districts. i could also reach the scenic kamo river with ease. i had such an amazing time!

upon check-in, i received a room that did not match the high floor and desirable view i anticipated. instead, my window faced a warehouse and the brick wall of an adjacent building. the front desk staff said that the hotel was sold out, but I was disappointed

Really good Stay, A Truly Nice Experience!

prime location comfortable bed

This hotel boasts a prime location. My room was very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were AMAZING!!! Pajamas were provided, and they were so comfortable I bought a set.

I noticed the fitness room was a little lacking. It needed some updating or more equipment.

Fantastic Hotel Experience

perfect location spacious room delicious breakfast

I traveled for vacation and I found the location really perfect. Many restaurants and shops surround it and the train station sits 0.3 miles away. The room was spacious and beautiful and the breakfast included a delicious Japanese style option. I especially enjoyed the breakfast.

The reception gave tricky room. My room had no good view and I did not like that. The view was a warehouse.

Charmed stay and CENTRAL location

central location free upgrade unique toiletries

the LOCATION was CENTRAL to everything. I got a free upgrade to a king room. It had air cleaner and unique toiletries including a toothbrush set, I was very charmed.

i didn't experience anything BAD, EVERYTHING was fine.
